How It Works

The simple idea is to ask individuals, companies and firms not to send any Christmas cards this year but, instead, to donate the funds that they would have spent on cards and postage to the Appeal.  Or they can simply send a donation.

Many people view Christmas cards as very costly in terms of their time and very wasteful from an environmental perspective.

We would rather you send our specially designed Christmas e-card which states that you are donating to the fund and invites the recipient to do likewise.

To receive the e-card, for onward transmission to your friends and colleagues, simply enter your email address below and click Send.

Your email address will not be used for any purpose other than in direct connection with this appeal and will be kept confidential.
